Parent accounts let families follow results, fees, messages, and school updates.
Open Parent Management from the sidebar to view existing parent profiles.
Add a parent profile with contact details, then prepare to link one or more children.
Link each child so the parent portal only shows the correct family members.
Correct child links are essential: parents must never see another family’s data.
Open a parent record and confirm every linked student before sharing login details.
Parents sign in with the same school URL using their parent email and password.
Send login instructions securely and ask parents to change the password on first sign-in.
If a parent cannot see a child, re-check the link on the parent record before resetting passwords.
