Open Class Courses from Academics to manage subject assignments.
Filter by session and class so you only edit the cohort you are preparing.
Check which subjects are already attached and which still need a teacher.
Attach subject teachers so they can enter scores, materials, CBT, and lesson attendance.
Assign the same teachers who teach the subject so the teaching portal matches reality.
Save after each batch of assignments so teachers see courses as soon as they sign in.
Teachers then see these courses in their teaching workspace with the right student lists.
Revisit class courses after timetable changes so orphaned subjects do not block results.
