Log receipts, issues, and transfers so quantities stay accurate.
Open fixed assets to manage tagged equipment and maintenance where enabled.
Record maintenance or condition changes so assets do not disappear from oversight.
Do a short stock count after large purchases or term start to catch posting errors early.
