The parent home summarises the selected child and key shortcuts.
If you have more than one child, switch children from the header or menu.
Always check the active child name before opening results or fees.
Use the sidebar for results, fees, messages, attendance, and school updates.
Try Results or Fees once to confirm you are looking at the correct child.
Check the portal weekly during term for new results, invoices, and messages.
Bookmark the school URL and keep your email up to date for password resets.
